    The schweizerhof luzern is fine! The beautiful double room with lake view was fantastic, with a small balcony with two chairs and an amazing view of the lake. The breakfast is served in a beautiful setting and includes the best scrambled eggs ever. The staff were attentive, especially with the lovely extra touches like chocolates in the room.

    Extensive and good hot breakfasts, the stay was really nice!

    There were a balcony, a mini-refrigerator, and a writing table in my junior suite.

    clean place with delightful view of the lake. outstanding assortment of slices of fresh bread and eggs for breakfast. perfect position: short walk from the train station. a huge variety of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

    great access to the main station and its location in front of the lake.

    VERY NOISY. Rock live music was organized in the hotel entrance until late night. I could not sleep well. True 5-star hotels do not need to organize such a funky music event on their premise. Electronic kettle was rusting out.

    The room was bright and spacious, with a fine view of the lake and some tasty chocolates waiting for us. I loved relaxing in the spa after a long day, and the steam room was such a nice touch too. The only downside was that the shower could've been a bit larger, but overall it was a fantastic experience 😊

    + Beautiful location + family room with two bedroom and big bathroom, balcony directly face the lake

    - Because our room is on 2nd floor, in the evening, outdoor lights of the hotel is just toward the rooms, we have to close the curtain completly and not comfortable to use the balcony either.

    Everyone was was very cordial and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Staff were especially helpful, nice and professional. The location was wonderful. We had a corner, balcony room with fantastic views. Loved our stay!

    Cost a little high, especially for October.

    Our short visit was upgraded with the great staff. The themed decor in our junior suite was fine. Don't miss out on the delicious breakfast offerings. They were a great start to our day!

    I think the staff are very friendly,proffecianal and helpful. The porters were so nice which I think is very important as they are the first people you meet when you reach a hotel let alone when you are in a different country. The concierage I can not explain how polite and profecianal he was. Every thing was perfect

    The view was breathtaking! The room is spacious, although we did have a junior suite for 3 adults. The room was very clean but thought furnishing was a bit dated. Overall great hotel!

    The location is unbeatable, right on Lake Lucerne, offering amazing views of the Alps. Our grandson loved waking up to the sunrise and the friendly staff.

    In my wife's opinion, the shower could be a bit larger for families. It was tight and made it challenging for washing up, especially with kids around.

    The location was magnificent and particularly good, extremely close to a Lion monument. We dined at a fabulous nearby restaurant with Swiss dishes. Thoroughly enjoyed our beautifully maintained rooms with ample lighting and the staff were best!
